Two new weekly markets are bringing colour, community and fresh flavours to the Rainbow Precinct.
Taylor Square is set to get a fresh burst of energy with two new weekly markets bringing even more life to the Rainbow Precinct.
Beginning 31 October, Friday nights now feature a vibrant mix of food stalls, retail vendors and a shared licensed area with the Oxford Hotel – perfect for grabbing a bite and a drink under the lights. Then since 8 November, Saturday mornings are all about fresh produce, with a new farmers’ market running weekly from 8am to 2pm.
Operated by Organic Food Markets, the team behind Marrickville and Kings Cross markets, these events are part of the City of Sydney’s efforts to reinvigorate Oxford Street and reconnect the community with this iconic strip.
