The Canley’s Special Entertainment Precincts Launch
Friday 17 October 2025
Canley Vale and Canley Heights, NSW
As part of the launch of Sydney’s newest Special Entertainment Precincts – Little Asia and Canley Heights Nights – we’re seeking vibrant and energetic Asian-inspired street performers to help bring the night to life on Friday 17 October.
From roaming musicians and K-pop dancers to martial arts displays, lion dancers, comedians, traditional performance artists, circus acts and more – if you’ve got a performance that brings colour, sound and energy to the street, we want to hear from you!
Why get involved?
This is a high-visibility, community-focused event that celebrates the area’s strong Vietnamese and Southeast Asian identity and marks the start of a more vibrant night-time economy in the area. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills, connect with local audiences and be part of an iconic launch moment.
Fees and logistics
Performers will be paid. Performances may be roving or on small pop-up stages throughout the precincts.
Get in touch using the button on this page to enquire about this opportunity or to make a submission.
Be sure to tell us about your act, provide a link of previous performances, and include any other details we should know, for example if you have any tech requirements.
