Talented street performers are invited to activate expanded busking locations across The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo.

The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo
As part of the NSW Government’s vibrancy reforms, 16 new performance spots have been added to busking locations across The Rocks, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo – increasing available busking sites across the harbour precincts by almost two thirds.
These high-visibility locations attract millions of locals and visitors each month, offering buskers the chance to reach large, diverse audiences and become part of the daily soundtrack in some of Sydney’s most iconic destinations.
The expanded network of busking locations includes:
Barangaroo – four new spots, bringing busking to the precinct for the first time
The Rocks – seven additional spots
Darling Harbour – five additional spots
Street performers, musicians, dancers, circus artists and creative entertainers who meet the precinct busking guidelines are encouraged to register.
Buskers can now apply to perform at the new locations. Maps and imagery of all busking spots are available on the precinct websites. Visit for more information:
