Supporting eligible major and destination categorised events, Kiama Council's Destination Event Funding Program provides financial support to organisers to deliver exceptional visitor-focused events that drive the local visitor economy in the Kiama Local Government Area in shoulder and off-peak times and enhance Kiama's reputation as a premier event destination.
$10,000 for new Destination events and programs or up to $8,000 for events in year 3+
$20,000 for new major events or up to $10,000 for events in year 3+
This funding is designed to support a diverse calendar of destination events that enhance the region’s cultural, social and economic landscape while driving visitation and strengthening the local visitor economy.
