Game on for Change local impact grant funding

The Game on for Change - preventing domestic, family and sexual violence through sport program aims to empower all levels of the sporting sector to play a leading role in the prevention of domestic, family and sexual violence.

Through the program, the Office of Sport is building the capacity and capability of the sector to address the gendered drivers of domestic, family and sexual violence leading to positive change in knowledge, skills, values and behaviors.

This grant funding is for sporting organisations and community-based groups in NSW that can deliver programs aimed at preventing domestic, family, and sexual violence. This includes:

• Local not-for-profit or incorporated community organisations

• NSW-based professional sporting organisations competing at state or national level

• Local councils and regional joint organisations

• Aboriginal corporations or Local Aboriginal Land Councils

• Universities with NSW campuses

All applicants must be able to implement initiatives within a sporting context.
