2025 was another spectacular year for Lakemba Nights during Ramadan, with over a million attendees flocking to break their fast or try new foods and experience the rich culture and traditions of Ramadan.
Returning in 2026, Sydney’s most popular multicultural event will see Haldon Street Lakemba transformed into a vibrant global food bazaar every Thursday-Sunday from 6pm to 2am between 19 February to 15 March. Featuring up to 60 stalls, this award-winning* annual event provides a unique experience for friends and family to taste treats from around the world and for many Muslims to break their fast together.
Council encourages applications from potential stallholders that will add to the authenticity, diversity, vibrancy and safety of the event. Please note that non-food items cannot be sold at Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2026.
