The purpose of the Crew Development Program Production Placement Expression of Interest (EOI) is to determine production companies (Host Companies) who are interested in hosting a Screen NSW-supported paid placement (Trainee) as part of the Crew Development Program.
The Crew Development Program offers intensive training and paid production placements (with mentorship) for NSW entry-level and mid-career crew from underrepresented backgrounds.
The Crew Development Program Production Placement will provide meaningful outcomes for emerging crew and will help address the lack of representation and skilled-crew shortage in NSW by fast tracking entry-level and mid-career ‘below the line’ practitioners in placement opportunities.
Screen NSW will review EOIs on a rolling basis. They highly encourage applications as early as possible as allocations will be made as needed for each Trainee.
