Vivid Sydney 2026 Local Business Program

Vivid Sydney returns 22 May – 13 June 2026, transforming the city into a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation and technology.

Are you a business located within Vivid Sydney eligible boundary map wishing to highlight your signature products, services and customer experiences?

Local businesses are invited to join the Vivid Sydney Local Business Program, a chance to shine a spotlight on your business and connect with thousands of festival visitors. Show off your signature products, services and experiences. Highlight how your business contributes to Sydney’s night-time economy and creates memorable moments for visitors. We encourage you to feature local NSW produce or products, supporting the state’s growers and makers.

There’s no need to create something new, just share what you do best during the festival. Participating businesses will be promoted to Vivid Sydney’s engaged audience. Selected participants will also receive free promotional assets, including a digital toolkit, LED screen and official window decals to highlight your involvement.

To apply, businesses must complete the official application form on the Vivid Sydney Local Business Program website before 5.00pm (AEST) on Friday 3 April 2026.

Selection is based on strict criteria outlined in the Terms and Conditions, and participation in the Local Business Program does not imply inclusion in the wider Vivid Sydney program.

All applicants will be notified of their application outcome and the next steps by Friday 10 April 2026.
