Project Manager for District-wide activation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the coordination of a district-wide Music Festival in UpTown, set to take place in February 2026. This exciting event will be hosted across multiple venues throughout the district, bringing together local talent, visitors, and the community for a vibrant celebration of music and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the festival planning and execution.

• Coordinate between multiple venues, vendors, performers, and sponsors.

• Develop and maintain timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.

• Oversee logistics, staffing, and the day-to-day management of the event.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in event management and project coordination.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Experience managing large-scale events with multiple partners and venues.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
