As part of City of Sydney Grant, YCK Laneways is seeking a premises within the District to serve as a multi-functional space.
This includes areas for receiving surplus produce from local farmers, production of items like fresh juices and natural cleaning products from waste by-products, and a retail shop for selling these products.
Experienced staff, particularly from disadvantaged backgrounds, will be employed to manage daily operations, promoting efficiency and sustainability within the precinct.
