Journey through the flavours of Argentina at Casa Esquina – a new Balmain restaurant and bar from the Tequila Mockingbird and Esteban team.
Loosely translating to 'house on the corner', Casa Esquina is an Argentinian-inspired restaurant that has taken up residence on the corner of Balmain's Elliott and Darling Streets within a historic Victorian mansion.
Modern interiors are contrasted by forces of nature - a laurel tree declares the balcony it's home and a roaring open flame parrilla can be seen from every angle. Exotic plants transport you to faraway lands while forging a visceral connection to nature, food and life.
Argentinian influence goes beyond the menu; it's woven into every detail. From the central fire, to the lively music that connects everyone in the space, Casa Esquina embodies the Argentinian spirit of shared meals and deep connection.
