RENU Collective is a conscious, biophilic sculpture practice based in Neutral Bay, Sydney. Every work is made from materials with a prior life: reclaimed driftwood and timber, coastal sandstone, harbour coal, salvaged metals and reclaimed domestic objects. I am the sole maker, and each piece carries the story of where its material came from.
RENU sits alongside 30 years of experience in property marketing and placemaking, so we understand how activations need to work for councils, precincts and venues: on time, on brief and reportable.
What we offer
Art activations: curated sculpture sets on plinths with interpretive signage, for one-day events through to two-week installations
Bespoke commissions: works built to a client's theme or site, which the client keeps
Community programming: family workshops and school groups that explain the circular economy through the work
Material storytelling: labels and copy explaining each work's origin, suitable for environmental and ESG reporting
Opportunities we are looking for
Public art EOIs and temporary installations
Festival and event activations, including sustainability and awareness weeks such as Clean Up Australia Day and National Recycling Week
Precinct, foyer and civic space exhibitions
Collaborations with councils, cultural organisations, festivals and sustainability groups
Practicalities
Public liability insurance (Chubb) and SWMS are in place. Installation and de-installation happen outside operating hours. Existing works suit indoor or covered sites. Outdoor briefs are delivered as purpose-built commissions.
