Otter is a website for couples that helps people discover and plan meaningful date experiences, sending them straight to local venues and experience providers to make it happen.
Couples use Otter to break out of routine. The site recommends personalised date ideas across food, drinks, live music, activities, games, and travel based on their interests and budget. Our Pebble reward system keeps couples motivated and coming back, turning date night into an ongoing habit rather than a one-off occasion.
For businesses, Otter is a discovery channel built specifically for couples. Unlike review platforms where you compete on star ratings, or social media where you're a 3-second scroll, Otter puts your venue in front of couples who are actively planning and ready to spend. Our users are 23–34 year olds, early in their careers, no kids, and prioritising experiences over things. They stay for dessert. They order another round. They come back.
Since launching our beta, more than $175,000 has been spent on dates by couples through our platform, and nearly half of our users report planning more dates than they normally would directly because of Otter.
We're looking to partner with:
Restaurants, bars and cafés.
Live music venues, comedy clubs and theatres.
Escape rooms, galleries and activity providers.
Cooking, pottery and wellness experiences.
Getaways and regional leisure operators.
Pretty much anybody with a unique experience perfect for couples.
Listing is free. No commissions, no pay-per-click, no variable fees. Get found at venue.myotter.com.au
Our office can be contacted during standard business hours for new partners. We also recommend joining our WhatsApp community to keep up to date with what's going on and speak with customer support- link is on our site!
