One of the world’s most spectacular marathon events, the TCS Sydney Marathon - announced as the newest member of the Abbott World Marathon Majors in November 2024 - is a World Athletics Platinum Label marathon, and is the sole remaining participant legacy of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
The course is one of the most scenic and breath-taking routes in the world, starting in North Sydney, crossing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and finishing at the Sydney Opera House.
