The city’s food culture ranges from relaxed cafés and brewpubs to polished dining, supported by independent producers across the wider Riverina supplying local food, wine and other regional flavours. Beyond the CBD, riverbanks, parks and cultural institutions add depth to the city’s identity and sense of place. This will be brought to life through STREET x STREET, an evening series activating Fitzmaurice Street in November 2026 and Baylis Street in March 2027.
