The City of Sydney has 2 spaces available in a beautiful heritage-listed building at 101–111 William Street, Darlinghurst.
Size: around 200m² and 120m²
Licence length: 12 months
Cost: $100 a week, excluding utilities
This is a great opportunity for cultural organisations and creative practitioners in the arts.
Onsite information session: 2:30pm to 3:30pm AEDT, Wednesday 5 November 2025

Tenancy begins: Early January 2026
The City welcomes applications from people working in the arts and culture sector.
You must show how you benefit City of Sydney LGA residents, workers and visitors. And how payment of standard rates would cause financial hardship.

unincorporated community group which must be auspiced by an eligible not-for-profit
corporation
co-operative
partnership
sole trader
trustee of a trust
for-profit entities.
