Beyond Blue’s NewAccess for Small Business Owners is a free and confidential mental health coaching program designed to support small business owners and sole traders.
You have the option of 8 sessions, where you’ll work with a dedicated coach with a background in small business. Your coach will work with you to develop practical tools for managing stress, building resilience, and navigating both personal and professional challenges.
This program is for anyone aged 18 years or over who owns a small business, from any industry, including sole traders.
A person is not eligible for the program if they are:
currently seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist
dealing with severe/complex mental health issues.
