This EOI is open to food and beverage vendors, mobile food trucks, merchandise and craft stalls, and community or information-based organisations.
Applicants are asked to provide details about their proposed stall, including a description of products or services. Please note: the sale of Hangi and Umu is generally prohibited, as these are delivered through limited, pre-arranged vendors.
