Coast In Events is an experienced market and event operator creating vibrant, well-curated community events across the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie.
We currently operate weekly farmers markets, monthly coastal community markets and larger twilight markets featuring street food, local makers, live music and family-friendly entertainment.
Our focus is on creating markets that feel like more than simply a collection of stalls. We build the complete experience, from the vendor mix and site layout through to entertainment, atmosphere, marketing and the customer experience on the day. Our events are designed to bring people together, create energy within a precinct and give the local community a reason to return.
We manage the full event delivery from planning, approvals and compliance through to vendor recruitment and curation, site planning, operations, marketing, customer communications and event-day management.
We have built a strong network of stallholders, producers, food vendors and small businesses, with a focus on maintaining positive long-term vendor relationships and carefully curating each event rather than simply filling spaces.
Marketing is also a major part of how we build our events. We invest directly into our own event marketing and social media campaigns, promoting not only the market itself but the destination and surrounding area. Our approach focuses on building anticipation before an event and creating a strong, recognisable experience that people look forward to attending.
Our market launches and new event concepts have consistently attracted strong community interest and attendance, giving us experience in building an event from the ground up as well as growing and refining established events.
We’re interested in collaborating with councils, venues, precincts, property owners and community organisations on new market concepts, destination and place activations, underutilised spaces and opportunities to take on, grow or revitalise existing markets.
We’re particularly interested in opportunities across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Sydney and Greater Sydney.
